How long does a roof actually last in Phoenix?

Usually less than you would expect, because UV is what really wears a roof out here. On a tile roof the tiles can last decades, but the underlayment underneath usually needs replacing around 15–20 years — that’s what most “tile roof leaks” actually are. Asphalt shingles run 15–25 years in this climate, and foam or coated flat roofs want a recoat every 5–10 years to keep the warranty alive.

Is the inspection really free, and what do I get?

Yes. A roofer walks the roof and checks the attic side where they can get to it, then sends you a written report with photos of anything found — condition, priority, and what it’d cost to fix. The report’s yours whether you hire us or not.

Do you help with insurance claims?

We handle the roofing side. We document roof conditions, prepare the construction scope, and meet the adjuster when useful. We do not interpret policy coverage or negotiate as your adjuster; your insurer determines coverage and authorization.

My roof is leaking right now. How fast can you get here?

Call us and describe the water, location, weather, and visible damage. We stay ready to help, but response timing depends on safety, roof access, your location, and storm-wide call volume. We will give you a realistic response window and discuss interior protection while you wait.

Tile, shingle or foam — which one belongs on my house?

It depends on your roof’s slope, your HOA, and how long you plan to own the place. Low-slope and flat sections need foam, coating or a membrane. Steeper roofs take tile or shingle — tile costs more up front and lasts longer, shingle is faster and cheaper to replace. We’ll price the honest options side by side instead of pushing one.
