How long does a roof actually last in Phoenix?

Usually less than you would expect, because UV exposure wears roofs quickly in this climate. Tile can last for decades, but the underlayment beneath it often needs replacement after 15–20 years. Asphalt shingles typically last 15–25 years, while foam and coated flat roofs generally need recoating every 5–10 years to maintain the system and its warranty.

Is the inspection really free, and what do I get?

Yes. A roofer evaluates the roof and checks accessible attic areas, then sends you a written report with photos of anything found — including its condition, priority, and estimated repair cost. The report is yours whether you hire us or not.

Do you help with insurance claims?

We handle the roofing side. We document roof conditions, prepare the construction scope, and meet the adjuster when useful. We do not interpret policy coverage or negotiate as your adjuster; your insurer determines coverage and authorization.

My roof is leaking right now. How fast can you get here?

Call us and describe the water, location, weather, and visible damage. We stay ready to help, but response timing depends on safety, roof access, your location, and storm-wide call volume. We will give you a realistic response window and discuss interior protection while you wait.

Tile, shingle, or foam — which one is right for my house?

It depends on your roof’s slope, your HOA, and how long you plan to own the home. Low-slope and flat sections need foam, coating, or a membrane. Steeper roofs can use tile or shingle — tile costs more up front and lasts longer, while shingle is faster and less expensive to replace. We’ll compare the practical options side by side without pushing one.
